SOME GOOD NEWS REGARDING FIRES IN CALIFORNIA.

A Message From President Ellie Mello

Dear Sisters and Brothers,

i have  been advised that someone in Paradise, CA reported that the Veterans Building / Post-Aux 2039 is still standing.  We continue to support all people who suffered during these horrendous fires.

Love

Ellie Mello, VFW Aux. Dept. President

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT CALIFORNIA FIRES
If you or someone you know from the military and veterans families and VFW and Auxiliary membership affected by the devastating fires in California, let them know there may be help for them at the VFW National Home.  Please direct them to www.vfwnationalhome.org/help or have them call the Helpline (800) 313-4200.  This could be a fresh start for them to overcome financial hardships, obtain a good education and rebuild their lives.  They can receive help for up to four (4) years as part of the VFW National Home for Children community.  Let's get them connected.  Forward this information to your email list and post on your facebook page to get the word out.  This just might be what they need to rebuild their lives at this difficult time.
